superb seafront stay!

stocked fridgeair conditioningrelaxed atmosphereunmanned reception
i really enjoyed the well-stocked fridge in my room (it even had fresh milk!). air conditioning allowed me to adjust the temperature, great. the hotel struck a good balance between formal and relaxed, so it suited my travel plans perfectly.
The unmanned reception after hours felt a bit strange. I arrived to a code and no one to greet me, i think it's better to have someone to greet customers (who do you call if necessary?).
Rooms

my sunrise suite included both tea and coffee making facilities plus a microwave; plates and cutlery were also available. towels were plentiful and the bathroom provided body wash, hand wash, and extra toilet rolls. the room was cleaned every day.
Dining

the hotel provided breakfast items in the room (i think this is a nice touch). i was able to enjoy my breakfast with a wonderful sea view. while there wasn't a full restaurant, the supplied items were convenient.

i adored this historic spot that's totally unpretentious! getting the door code by text was super convenient, and my room was just perfect. being right across from the beach meant amazing sunrise views from my sea view room! the owners really nailed it by keeping it affordable and awesome.
The stairs to my room felt a bit steep and winding. It might be tricky for anyone with mobility issues.
